Our human team edits and puts all this together in an entertaining way to encourage our viewers to step outside the box and examine the wide world of Latter-day Saint “apocryphal” texts. “Apocrypha” or “apocryphal” generally refers to books outside an accepted canon of scripture in biblical study. This term comes from the Greek word “apokrýptein,” meaning “to hide” or “keep hidden.” Apokrýptein comes from “krýptein,” meaning “to conceal, hide.” The purpose of this channel is to take these hidden texts out of obscurity and share them with the world.
